V1.09 changed the rune required from 7 to 11, and lowered the energy bonus from 5-10.I want to craft Hit Power Gloves and Blood Gloves. This item was toned way down in v1.09, with the potential bonuses for all 3 preset stats dropping quite a bit. Potentially the best possible amulet for a sorceress or necro can be made with this recipe. Only the mana regeneration was altered in v1.09, and this now works only with a small shield. So fewer belt slots, and less casting speed in v1.09.Ī lot of variety in the pre-set mods, so several tries will probably be needed to get really good ones. This one changed from v1.08 where it was a heavy belt, and 15% faster cast. Not quite Frostburn or Magefist, but they add some decent mana, and the ingredients are easy to find. Same mods as the other "Caster" Crafted Items, and all use common Runes. Good if you find you can't get a nice helm. "Rod" = Scepter, Staff, or Wand (Not Orbs). Read the Crafting Basics before you decide to craft any items. Use the exceptional or elite if you want higher defense or damage.
Be careful though, because you can create items that have level requirements above the level cap of 99. Random modifiers: The maximum item level of affixes for random mods is determined by the Character level of the character executing the recipe, combined with the level of the modifiers present on the item. The affixes are re-rolled completely, however there are advantages to using weapons with higher level modifiers.
Ingredients: The modifiers on the item you use in the recipe have no effect on the crafted item you create. Although intended for spellcasters, physical fighters with low Energy may find crafted Caster Items useful due to their boosts to maximum mana and mana steal. Caster Items are a type of Crafted Item that focus on Mana, Mana regeneration, mana leech, etc.
